Getting Started with ActivoHQ

ActivoHQ is cloud fixed-asset management — track assets, depreciation, reservations, RFID audits, and Accounting in one place.

Create your account

  1. Go to https://app.activohq.cloud/registro.
  2. Enter your company name, choose a subdomain (this becomes your workspace address, e.g. acme.activohq.cloud), and your name, email, and a password (at least 8 characters).
  3. Accept the terms and click Create account.

Your workspace is provisioned instantly and you're signed in. You start on a free 30-day trial — no credit card required.

Each company gets its own subdomain: https://{your-subdomain}.activohq.cloud. Bookmark it — that's where you and your team sign in.

Signing in

Go to your workspace address and sign in with your email and password. Administrators can manage additional users under Settings → Users.

  • Set up your master data — categories, locations, cost centers, depreciation books (Master).
