Subscription & Billing

ActivoHQ starts with a free 30-day trial (up to 25 assets, no card). Choose a paid plan anytime from Settings → Subscription (/suscripcion).

Plans

Prices are in USD. Taxes may apply. You can cancel anytime.

Subscribing

1. Open Settings → Subscription.
2. Toggle Monthly / Annual (annual gives two months free).
3. Click Choose on a plan — you'll be taken to Stripe's secure checkout to enter payment details.
4. After payment, your workspace is upgraded automatically and the asset cap is raised to your plan.

Trial expiry & locked workspaces

If your trial ends without a paid plan — or a payment fails — the workspace becomes read-only and routes to the subscription page until you subscribe (or update payment). Your data is never deleted.

Managing payment

Payment, invoices, and cards are handled by Stripe. To change a card or cancel, contact your administrator or sales@barrdega.com.
