🎓 Competency and training matrix

Every role has a list of tickets, licences and assessments you need to work safely. Your matrix is in the HR portal. Anything expiring in 90 days shows in amber.

When a ticket is about to expire

  1. The HR portal sends you and your supervisor an alert 90, 60 and 30 days before.
  2. Book your refresher through the Training Coordinator (ext 240).
  3. A ticket that expires means you cannot do that task. Your supervisor will reassign you until it is renewed.

Expired tickets are a safety and legal problem. Do not wait for the last week.
