Pay

I think my pay is wrong. What do I do? Check the payslip in the HR portal, then call Payroll on ext 230 before the next pay run. Overpayments are corrected in the following pay, with a payment plan if needed.

Roster

Can I change my roster pattern? Ask your supervisor. Pattern changes depend on crew coverage and are approved by Rostering.

Camp

Can I bring a partner to site? No. Site and camp are restricted to employees and contractors for safety and security.

Safety

What if I disagree with an instruction I think is unsafe? Stop, make the area safe and tell your supervisor. Stop-work is your right and nobody can discipline you for it.

Health

Can I see a doctor on site for a non-work illness? Yes. The Clinic is open 24/7 and it is free for employees.

Careers

How do I move to a different crew? Talk to your supervisor, then to Rostering. Moves are agreed when both crews can cover.
