✈️ Fly-in fly-out travel and flights

Ridgeline pays your return flight between your home airport and site for every swing, as long as you live in an approved area.

How to book

The Rostering team books flights automatically from your roster, 21 days ahead.
Check your itinerary in the HR portal under My travel. Tell the Travel desk within 48 hours if something is wrong.
Arrive at the departure terminal at least 60 minutes before the charter.
Bring photo ID and your access card.

Approved home airports	Capital City, Port Mariner, Highland Junction
Charter baggage	23 kg checked, 7 kg carry-on; no fuel, aerosols, or compressed gas
Missed flight	Call the Travel desk at once; you may be rebooked at your own cost if the miss was not caused by Ridgeline
Delays and weather	Pay continues; the roster will be adjusted by Rostering and your supervisor
Travel time	Paid travel allowance applies to travel days (see Pay and benefits)

Flights cannot be changed for personal reasons within 7 days of departure. Talk to your supervisor for compassionate cases.
