Everyone at Ridgeline has the right to work and live in the camp free from harassment, discrimination and bullying. Remote sites and shared camps make this more important, not less.
| Behaviour | Examples |
|---|---|
| Sexual harassment | Unwelcome comments, touching, jokes, images, messages or pressure for dates or favours |
| Discrimination | Treating someone worse because of gender, race, age, religion, disability, family status, sexual orientation or other protected traits |
| Bullying | Repeated unreasonable behaviour: humiliation, exclusion, shouting, setting up to fail |
| Victimisation | Retaliating against someone who raised or supported a complaint |
