This Code sets out how we work together at Ridgeline: safely, honestly and with respect. It applies on site, in the camp, in company transport and online when representing Ridgeline.
| Standard | What it means in practice |
|---|---|
| Safety first | Follow the SOPs. Stop unsafe work. Report every incident and near miss. |
| Respect | Treat everyone fairly. No harassment, bullying or discrimination. |
| Honesty | Be truthful in records, permits, time sheets and reports. Never falsify a safety record. |
| Integrity | Do not accept gifts or favours that influence a decision. Declare conflicts of interest. |
| Care of property and environment | Use equipment as intended. Report spills at once. |
| Confidentiality | Protect company, supplier, community and colleague information. |
If you see or suspect a breach, tell your supervisor, Employee Relations or the confidential Integrity Line (0800 000 0456, 24/7, independent provider). Retaliation against anyone who reports a concern is itself a breach of this Code.
Breaches are handled under HR-POL-005. Outcomes range from coaching to termination, depending on severity, intent and history.
