1. Purpose

Contractors and visitors are exposed to the same hazards and must meet the same safety and conduct standards as employees.

2. Requirements

VisitorsBooking by a Ridgeline host, visitor induction (30 minutes)Escorted at all times, no work in operating areas

3. Sponsor responsibilities

  • Know who is on site under your sponsorship and what they are doing.
  • Brief them on the hazards and emergency arrangements.
  • Check tickets and permits before work starts.
  • End access when the work finishes.

Contractors who breach site rules can be removed from site and barred from future work.
