Setup > System > Logs shows the server's events: errors, warehouse integration (every order, ticket, receipt or shipment loaded, and the rejected ones with their reason), emails sent, notifications. It filters by date, source and text. When a receipt or a shipment "did not arrive", this is the first place to look.
Setup > System > Database backups lists the automatic backups of the company's database with date and size, and lets you download one or take one now. Full exports (database plus attachments) are kept separately for long-term retention.
Setup > System > Call locks shows Operations in progress that stop an identical one from starting at the same time (for example a Receipts upload). It is normally empty; if an operation got stuck, the administrator can release the lock here.
Setup > System > Query builder lets an administrator query the company's database with read-only SQL, to build widgets or answer a one-off question. Results export to Excel.
