Custody has a clock: required dates, nationalization deadlines, documents waiting. Analytics > Alerts gathers everything that needs attention, computed from the dates the documents already carry. The same list shows summarized on The home screen and reaches the administrators by email every day.

Every row links to the document. An empty group reads Nothing here; when every group is empty it reads Nothing is due or stalled.
The counters group shows, per line, the counter and what the documents add up to. An administrator presses Rewrite the counters from the documents and the application recomputes those lines from their Receipts, invoices and Shipments, then re-evaluates the affected contracts' state: a closed one that has goods on hand again returns to Approved; one that turned out complete closes. When Setup_Alerts_DigestEnabled is on, an email goes out every day with one table per group and links to the documents. The recipients are set in Setup_Alerts_DigestRecipients; when empty, every active administrator with an email gets it. The Email the digest now button sends it immediately.
Each group's days and the recipients live under Setup > System > Configuration, section Setup_Alerts. An administrator changes them without restarting anything; the next load of the screen uses the new values.
