Tenant: the company

Setup > System > Tenant is the company's record (the tenant of the service).

General

Alias, company name, tax id, phone, application URL, default language, time zone and localization (users without a preference of their own inherit these), the logo (shown in the menu, on the login page and on reports), the login page's background image and the welcome message.

P4W Integration

Here aduanasHQ is connected to the P4Warehouse warehouse system: Bind... asks for the warehouse's address and API key; Sync... sends the Importers as warehouse clients along with the Products; Disconnect... breaks the link. With the integration on:

• approving a contract creates its purchase order in the warehouse;
• approving an invoice creates its pick ticket;
• Receipts and Shipments arrive on their own when the warehouse finishes;
• the inventory screens read the warehouse live.

License agreement

License agreement... shows the service's subscription and license agreement in the company's language. An administrator signs it on screen; the signature, the date and the version of the text are recorded and the PDF can be downloaded. When the provider publishes a new version of the text, an administrator is asked to sign it again at the next sign-in (the previous signature is kept as history).

Certificate of subscription

The application's /certificate address is a public page certifying that the company holds an active subscription to aduanasHQ: holder, instance, date the agreement was signed, issuer and issue date. It is printable and verifiable by its link; useful to present to an auditor or an authority.
