Product, LPN and bin details

logisticaHQ Client Portal
Product, LPN and bin details

Three read-only pages show the details behind a row of the Inventory list: one for a product, one for a bin and one for an LPN. They let you follow your stock from a product to the places it is stored and back. They are for any user whose warehouse has turned on View Inventory. You cannot change anything on these pages.

How you get there

These pages have no menu entry. You open them by clicking a link:

PageClick thisWhere you find it
Product pageA SKUIn the Inventory list, or in the Contents table of a bin or LPN page
Bin pageA bin codeIn the Inventory list, in the On hand table of a product page, or in the Location card of an LPN page
LPN pageAn LPN codeIn the Inventory list, in the On hand table of a product page, or in the Contents table of a bin page

The Reports menu group stays open while you are on one of these pages. At the top of each page, Back to Inventory (with a left arrow) returns you to the Inventory list. While a page loads you see a small spinner and the word "Loading...".

The page title is the product's SKU and the line under it is the product description. Three cards show the product data, and a table shows where it is stored. Any empty value is shown as a dash (—).

Good to know

  • The tables on these pages are plain tables. They have no search, filter, sort, paging or export. For long lists of stock, use the Inventory list or the reports.
  • Quantities are on hand only. These pages do not show allocated or available quantities.
  • The bin page lists only your own stock.
  • These pages show no lot, serial number or expiry date. Those are in the Inventory detail report.
