🚀 Getting started

logisticaHQ Client Portal
Getting started

This section takes you from your first message from your warehouse to working comfortably in the Client Portal. It is written for people at your company who have just been given access. If you have not read it yet, Client Portal overview explains what the portal is for.

The four steps

  1. Get your address and login from your warehouse. You need the portal address, a username and a password. Your warehouse creates your user and sends you these. Bookmark the address so you can come back to it.
  2. Sign in. Open the address, choose your language, type your username and password and press Sign in. See Signing in and out, which also explains Remember me, what to do if you forget your password and how to sign out.
  3. Look around. The menu on the left (or along the top on a phone) lists the areas you can open. See Finding your way around.
  4. Learn what your access allows. Some people can only look; others can also create and change things. See View only and Administer access. If something you need is missing, ask your warehouse to change your access.

Once you are in

Every list in the portal (orders, Invoices, Inventory, Products and more) has the same search box, filters, column chooser and Excel export. Learn them once in Searching, filtering and exporting lists and you can use them everywhere.

Pages in this section

Tip: If you cannot sign in, the sign-in page shows the same general message for every cause. Read the sign-in page guide for the list of things it can mean, then contact your warehouse.
