Short answers to the questions clients ask most. Each answer points to the page with the details.
Open the portal address that your warehouse sent you, type your user name and password, and click Sign in. To sign out, click the Sign out icon at the bottom of the menu, next to your name. There is no confirmation. See Signing in and out.
Ask your warehouse. The portal cannot reset passwords by itself. On the sign-in page, Forgot your password? only tells you to contact your warehouse.
The portal has no page for changing your password. Ask your warehouse to set a new one for your user.
Yes. Ask your warehouse to create a user for each person, so that everyone has their own user name and password. Please do not share one login. One person can be signed in on several devices at once. Your warehouse's account may limit how many different people can be signed in at the same time.
A few hours at most, and possibly less if you are inactive. When the sign-in ends, you go back to the sign-in page and changes you had not saved are lost.

Yes. Every connection is encrypted, and you see only your own company's data. Another company's data is never shown to you.
Each menu item shows only when your warehouse has given your user that access. Ask your warehouse if you need more. See View only and Administer access.
Yes. On a narrow screen the menu becomes a strip across the top of the page, and the sign-in page adjusts to the screen.
The portal reads the data from your warehouse's system when you open a page. Use Refresh or reload the page to see the latest. Reports load all their rows when you open them, so open the report again to update it.
The Dashboard remembers your arrangement in the browser you used, for your user. Another browser or computer starts with the standard arrangement. See Arranging the dashboard.
The "units" figures count units actually shipped or received. Expiring ≤ 30 days counts units that expire within the next 30 days. An order that ships on its required date counts as on time. See Dashboard.
Yes, on the page of a product. Open Products and click the product to see On hand, Available and Allocated. The Inventory list shows only what is on hand. This needs the right to view Products. See Products.

Every order you place in the portal starts as Draft. Your warehouse releases it when it is ready to work on it. See Order statuses.
Yes, while it is still Draft or Unallocated, if you have the right to place orders: open the order and click Edit order. The button is shown only while the order is not on a truck load. After that, ask your warehouse. They can still change it for you. See Changing an order.
The portal has no button to cancel or delete an order. Ask your warehouse. The Cancel date field on the order form is only a date that you pass to the warehouse.
Yes. On the Lines tab of an order, a product kept in lots shows Any lot, which lets the warehouse pick the oldest expiry first. Click it to choose one or more of the lots the warehouse holds for you, each with its own quantity. See "Choosing the lot" in Placing a new order.
On the order's page, once the order has been picked: click Packing slip. It opens as a PDF in a new tab. See Viewing your sales orders.
An order sent by your company's system through an integration can be changed only in that system. Its page says so.

These settings are fixed once the product has stock on hand or allocated. Ask your warehouse, who can still change them for you.
