Favorite Products
Favorite Products
The Favorite Products page shows a real-time Inventory snapshot for the Products you have marked as favorites. It is a filtered view of the Detailed Inventory report, letting you quickly monitor stock levels, costs, and pricing for the Products most relevant to you without scrolling through your entire catalog.
Where to find it
Go to Analytics > Inventory > Favorite Products.
Favorite Products report, the items you pin for quick access.
You can also navigate here using the All Inventory button at the top right, which links to the full Detailed Inventory report.
What the list shows

| Image | Product thumbnail (if available) |
| SKU | Product code; click to open the product detail page |
| Barcode | Product barcode |
| Warehouse | Warehouse where this stock is held; click to open the warehouse record |
| Category | Product category |
| Sub Category | Product sub-category |
| Description | Product name |
| Cost | Unit cost in the product's currency |
| Sales price | Unit sales price |
| Currency | Currency code |
| Quantity | Current stock quantity |
| UoM | Unit of measure |
| Serial | Serial number (for serial-tracked Products) |
| Lot | Lot number (for lot-tracked Products) |
| Expiry | Expiry date (for expiry-tracked Products) |
Tips
- Mark Products as favorites from the product detail page -- the star or favorite action on that page controls which Products appear here.
- Use the grid's Excel or PDF export to share a snapshot of your favorite Products' stock levels.
- The grid supports filtering, sorting, and grouping -- group by Category or Warehouse to quickly spot stock gaps across locations.
