CifraHQ stores addresses using Panama's official administrative divisions: Country > Province > District > Township. These four tables are the reference Master Data that populates address fields across Customers, Vendors, Employees, and other entities. They come pre-loaded with Panama's geography but administrators can add or edit records as needed.
Go to Master Data > Geography, then choose the level you need:
Geography starts with the Countries list; provinces, districts, and townships drill down from here.

When creating a new Township, you first select the Province to filter the district list, then select the District.
