The HR/Payroll Dashboard is a Stimulsoft analytics dashboard giving managers a real-time view of workforce and Payroll metrics. It consolidates headcount, active Payroll runs, period totals, and year-to-date Payroll spend into a single visual screen.
Go to Dashboards > HR/Payroll.
The dashboard is designed by your system administrator and can vary per tenant. Typical panels include:

| Active Employees | Current headcount of Employees with Active status |
| Current Period | The open Payroll period name and date range |
| MTD Payroll | Month-to-date gross Payroll in B/. |
| YTD Payroll | Year-to-date gross Payroll in B/. |
| Payroll by Department | Bar or pie chart breaking Payroll spend by department |
| Recent Runs | List of the last N Payroll runs with their state and totals |
| Headcount Trend | Monthly employee count over the past 12 months |
If you see "Dashboard not yet seeded" instead of charts, the Stimulsoft template has not been deployed to your account. Contact your system administrator and ask them to deploy the HR/Payroll dashboard template from the Master Dashboards admin screen.
Click the Refresh button in the page header to reload the dashboard with the latest data. The embedded viewer caches its data for the current session - a refresh fetches fresh figures from the database.
