Find Products answers "where did we sell or buy this?" in one place. Type anything that identifies a product or document and CifraHQ instantly lists every document line that matches, across your sales and purchasing history, with one click to open the document.
It is the Find Products item in the main menu, just below Dashboard. It is available to every user.
You can also jump straight here from a product: open any product record and click Find in Documents in the header to see every document containing that product.
Type at least 2 characters into the single search box at the top. Nothing loads until you start typing, so the page opens instantly. As you type, CifraHQ searches across:
INV-00000123)Results update automatically a moment after you stop typing, and the part of each row that matched your search is highlighted so you can see why it appeared. Lines whose SKU or document number matches your text exactly are listed first.
The search term is kept in the page address, so you can bookmark a search or share the link with a colleague.
Results are grouped into six tabs, each showing how many matching lines it found:

Each tab is a grid of the matching document lines with the document Code, Date, State, the line's SKU, Line Description, the Customer (or Vendor on purchasing documents), Qty, Price, and Total. Archived documents are always included.
Your search is kept while you are on the page, so you can open a document, come back, and continue from the same results.
