User Sessions

User Sessions

User Sessions gives you a live view of everyone logged into your CifraHQ tenant right now — which user, which IP address, when the session started, and the last time they did anything. If an employee leaves, a device goes missing, or a user Reports stale data, you can terminate any session instantly from this screen.

Where to find it

Go to Setup > System > User Sessions.

User Sessions list page in CifraHQ.

User Sessions list, currently active sign-ins.

Field reference

Column Description
User Username and avatar of the logged-in user
Name First and last name
Role User type — Administrator, User, or Sales Person
Source Session origin — Web browser or API integration
IP Client IP address the session was opened from
Created When the session was established
Last Activity Most recent action taken — sorted newest-first so the most active Users appear at the top

Logging out a session

Click the Logout button at the end of any row to immediately terminate that session. The user is redirected to the login page on their next request and must re-authenticate.

The **Logout** button is hidden on your own active session row — you cannot remotely log yourself out from this screen.

Tips

  • Refresh the grid periodically to see up-to-date Last Activity timestamps.
  • API sessions created by integrations using API keys appear here too — useful for confirming whether an integration is actively running or has gone idle.
  • If a user Reports seeing stale data or being stuck, logging out their session and having them sign back in resolves most state issues.
