Inventory by Location

Inventory by Location

Inventory by Location gives you a real-time view of stock balances across all your Warehouses. Each row shows one product in one warehouse with its on-hand quantity, reserved quantity, available quantity, and total Inventory value. You can filter by warehouse, export to Excel or PDF, and initiate adjustments or transfers directly from any row.

Where to find it

Go to Inventory > Inventory by Location.

Inventory by Location page in CifraHQ.

At the top of the page, four cards summarize the current filtered view:

  • Total Products -- number of distinct product-warehouse records shown.
  • Total Units -- sum of all On Hand quantities.
  • Total Value -- sum of all Inventory values.
  • Below Reorder -- count of records where Available is below the configured reorder point.

Row actions

From any row's action menu you can:

  • View -- open the location detail page with the full movement history for that product in that warehouse.
  • Positive Adjustment -- navigate to a new inbound adjustment pre-filled with this product and warehouse.
  • Transfer -- navigate to a new warehouse transfer pre-filled with this product and warehouse (only available when Available > 0).

Tips

  • Use the Warehouse filter in the header to focus on a single location.
  • Click Export to download the current filtered view as an Excel file -- useful for share-outs or audit reviews.
  • A row highlighted in red on the Available column means the product has no free stock (all on-hand quantity is reserved or stock is zero).
  • Reorder point thresholds are configured on each product in the product master. If a threshold is not set, the Reorder Point column shows a dash.
