Product Sub-Categories are the second level of the product classification hierarchy: Category contains Sub-Categories, and Sub-Categories contain Products. Use them to break broad categories into more specific groupings for filtering, reporting, and product search.
Go to Inventory > Product Sub-Categories (or via Master Data > Product Sub-Categories).

The sub-category is set on the product record:
Use the Filter by category dropdown at the top of the page to show only sub-categories belonging to a specific parent category. Clear the filter to see all sub-categories across all categories.
Select one or more rows and click Delete. A sub-category that has Products assigned cannot be deleted - reassign those Products first.
