Turn your data into decisions. Dashboards are fully customisable home-screen panels built from Widgets — live charts, KPI numbers, and data grids that query your actual business data in real time. You can create as many dashboards as you need — one for sales, one for warehouse, one for finance — and share them across your team so everyone sees the metrics that matter to their role.

How to create a dashboard
Click + Data Entry > New.
Enter a Name and optional Description.
Save — the dashboard opens in the designer.
Click Add Panel and select a Widget to place on the dashboard.
Drag panels to reposition them; resize by dragging their edges.
Each panel has its own Refresh Interval so high-priority metrics can update more frequently than static charts.
Import / Export
Export — click the download icon on a dashboard row to save it as a JSON file. Use this to share a proven dashboard layout with another company on CifraHQ, or to back it up before making changes.
Import — click + Data Entry > Import and upload a previously exported JSON file to restore or copy a dashboard.
Tips
Panels sit on a flexible grid layout — stack several small KPI cards in a row alongside a wider trend chart to make every pixel of screen real estate count.
The Hide Header option on a panel removes the title bar for a cleaner, presentation-ready look — useful when the chart itself makes the metric obvious.
Dashboards are visible to all Users by default. To restrict a dashboard to specific teams, manage access through the Modules permission settings.
