Available Reports

Report What it shows
Profit & Loss Revenue, cost of goods sold, gross profit, operating Expenses, and net income for any date range you choose
Balance Sheet Your assets, liabilities, and equity as of a specific date — a snapshot of what your business owns and owes
Tax Report Total tax collected and the amount payable to each authority for a given period — use this before creating a tax payment
Aging Reports Outstanding balances grouped by how overdue they are — AR Aging for Customers, AP Aging for Vendors

How to run a Financial Report

  1. Go to Analytics > Financial Reports.
  2. Select the report type (e.g., Profit & Loss).
  3. Enter the From Date and To Date for the reporting period.
  4. Click Generate — the report opens in a new browser tab.
  5. Print or save to PDF from the browser.

For the Balance Sheet, the To Date is the "as of" date — the report accumulates all balances up to that point.

Tips

  • Set your fiscal year start as the From Date on the Profit & Loss to see your year-to-date performance at a glance.
  • Run the Balance Sheet at the end of each month and compare it to the prior month side by side. Unexpected swings in an account are much easier to spot in comparison than in isolation.
  • If a number looks wrong, open Accounting > General Ledger, filter to the relevant account, and trace the individual Journal Entries that built up that balance.
