Product Bundles

Product Bundles

When you regularly sell the same combination of Products together — a starter kit, a promotional package, an installation set — a Product Bundle turns that multi-item sale into a single click. Add the bundle to a sales order or invoice and CifraHQ instantly expands it into all its component lines, ready to review and ship.

Where to find it

Go to Master Data > Logistics > Product Bundles.

How to create a Product Bundle

  1. Click + Data Entry and select New.
  2. Enter a Name for the bundle (e.g., Starter Kit, Office Bundle).
  3. Optionally add a Description and UPC barcode for scanning Workflows.
  4. Add component lines:
    • Select the Product.
    • Enter the Quantity (and Pack Size if the product is pack-size controlled).
  5. Save.

How to use a bundle on a sales document

  1. On a Sales Order or Invoice, click Add Bundle.
  2. Search for and select the bundle.
  3. CifraHQ adds each component as a separate line on the document.
  4. Individual lines can be adjusted after expansion — the bundle is a starting template, not a locked unit.

Tips

  • Bundles have no Inventory balance of their own. Each component product is tracked individually, and selling a bundle decrements each component's stock separately.
  • Bundle pricing comes from the individual product prices and any applicable Price Rules — there is no bundle-level price override.
  • If a component product is discontinued, update or remove it from the bundle before using the bundle on a transaction, to avoid order errors.
