Inventory Report

Inventory Report

The Inventory report tells you exactly what stock you have, where it is, and what it costs — right now. It reflects every posted receipt, delivery, adjustment, and transfer, so there's no delay between a warehouse operation and what you see on screen.

Inventory Report page in CifraHQ.

Inventory Report, on-hand and valuation across Products.

How to view the Inventory Report

  1. Go to Analytics > Inventory.
  2. The grid loads automatically showing all Products with stock on hand.
  3. Use the search and filters to narrow down by product, warehouse, or product group.
  4. Click Export to download the list to Excel.

Columns

Column What it shows
SKU The product code — your internal identifier
Description The product name
Warehouse The storage location holding this stock
Quantity Units currently on hand in this warehouse
Cost Standard cost per unit — what you paid to have it in stock
Sales Price Standard selling price per unit
Group The product group, if one is assigned

Each row is one product-warehouse combination. If a product is held across three Warehouses, it has three rows — one per location.

Tips

  • Products with zero stock are hidden by default. If you spot a row with a negative quantity, that's a posting error — investigate it before closing the period.
  • To calculate total Inventory value (Quantity x Cost), export to Excel and multiply the columns there. CifraHQ shows unit cost but does not sum total value in this view.
  • This report shows total quantity per location. If you need to see stock broken down by lot number, serial number, or expiry date, use the Detailed Inventory report under Analytics > Detailed Inventory.
