The Inventory report tells you exactly what stock you have, where it is, and what it costs — right now. It reflects every posted receipt, delivery, adjustment, and transfer, so there's no delay between a warehouse operation and what you see on screen.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| SKU | The product code — your internal identifier |
| Description | The product name |
| Warehouse | The storage location holding this stock |
| Quantity | Units currently on hand in this warehouse |
| Cost | Standard cost per unit — what you paid to have it in stock |
| Sales Price | Standard selling price per unit |
| Group | The product group, if one is assigned |
Each row is one product-warehouse combination. If a product is held across three Warehouses, it has three rows — one per location.
