Recurring Templates
Recurring Templates let you save a pre-configured document that you can reuse instead of building the same transaction from scratch each time. CifraHQ supports three template types, each living in its own list: Invoice Templates, Sales Order Templates, and Purchase Order Templates.
Recurring Templates start at the Invoices template list (Purchase Orders and Sales Orders have their own).
Where to find them
The template lists are accessible from the recurring section of each module:
- Invoices: Sales > Recurring > Invoice Templates
- Sales Orders: Sales > Recurring > Sales Order Templates
- Purchase Orders: Purchasing > Recurring > Purchase Order Templates
Actions by template type
Each template type has its own set of available actions:

Tips
- Use New to create a template directly from the template list. Fill the document with your standard lines, customer or vendor, and Payment Terms, then save it as a template.
- Void on Invoice Templates marks the template as cancelled without deleting it, preserving the record.
- Redownload on Purchase Order Templates re-fetches the template data from the server, useful when the underlying product or pricing information has changed.
- All three lists support Column Chooser so you can show or hide columns to match your workflow.
